Terms & Conditions
Rules for using fuelup.pk and buying from Fuel Up Signature — orders, prices, stock, and your legal rights.
These terms govern use of fuelup.pk and purchases from Fuel Up Signature. By placing an order you agree to them. They should be read with our Returns, Shipping, Payment, Privacy, Gift Orders and Authenticity pages.
Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under applicable Pakistan consumer-protection law. If a product is defective, not as described, expired when you received it, or unsafe, contact us and we will put it right.
The store
Fuel Up Signature is a retail shop at Shop #8, Mall of I-8, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, 44000, Pakistan. We sell imported chocolates, snacks, drinks, skincare, makeup, fragrances and gifts. The physical store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Orders and stock
- An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when you receive an order confirmation on the website, or at the till.
- Stock changes through the day. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that line, or agree a substitute with you.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, duplicated, or that we cannot fulfil.
- You may cancel a website order before it is packed, unless it is a custom gift basket already being assembled.
Pricing and promotions
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are as shown at the till or on the product page at the time we confirm the order.
- If a price is obviously wrong (for example a decimal error), we will not honour it and will offer you the correct price or a cancel-and-refund.
- Promotions, coupons and influencer codes apply only as stated, may exclude low-margin items, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Product information
Photos, sizes, shades and flavour names are there to help you choose. Packaging can change. Always read the pack in your hand for ingredients, allergens and expiry. Variants (shade, size) must match the one you selected.
Payment, delivery and returns
Payment is described in the Payment Policy. Fulfilment is described in Shipping & Delivery. Refunds and exchanges are described in the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Use of the website
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to break security, or scrape the catalogue for resale.
- All logos, photos and copy on fuelup.pk belong to Fuel Up Signature or to the brands we sell. You may not copy them for a commercial site.
- The site may be unavailable during maintenance.
Liability
We are responsible for products that are defective, unsafe, or not as described, as required by law. We are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably foresee, or for delay caused by you giving the wrong address or not collecting a pickup. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The store is in Islamabad. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
