Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pickup at Shop #8 is how we fill orders. Local drop-off is only if we confirm it with you first.

We currently fulfil website and in-store orders by pickup at our I-8 store. Nationwide delivery with TCS is being arranged and is not live yet. Until then we do not advertise courier to other cities. If you need something brought to a nearby address, ask on WhatsApp first — we will tell you whether we can do it, the charge, and the time, before you pay.

Pickup (standard)

  • Pickup point: Shop #8, Mall of I-8, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, 44000.
  • Open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • We set the order aside under your name. Bring the order confirmation or order number.
  • Same-day pickup is usual for items that are on the shelf when we confirm.

Areas we serve

Anyone can collect from the I-8 store. We do not publish a list of courier cities. Local drop-off, if offered, is confirmed case by case on WhatsApp for I-8 and nearby Islamabad only. We will not take payment for a delivery we have not agreed.

Charges and timing

  • Pickup has no delivery charge.
  • If we agree a local drop-off, the charge and window are confirmed in the WhatsApp chat before dispatch.
  • Free cash-on-collection applies on confirmed orders of Rs. 10,000 or more. Smaller orders are paid as we agree when we confirm pickup.

Failed pickup or failed drop-off

  • If you give the wrong name or do not collect, we will try to reach you on the number you used.
  • Perishable and ice-cream items cannot be held indefinitely. We will tell you how long we can hold the bag.
  • If a local drop-off fails because the address or phone is wrong, extra attempts may be charged. We are not responsible for courier delay we did not cause, if a third party later carries an order.

Damage or missing items

Check the bag when you collect. For a local drop-off, check the parcel on receipt and send photos within 48 hours. Missing or damaged goods are handled under the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
