Privacy Policy

What information Fuel Up Signature collects, how we use it, and how to reach us about your data.

This policy describes how Fuel Up Signature collects and uses personal information when you visit fuelup.pk, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or shop at our I-8 store. Pakistan’s personal-data rules continue to develop. We will update this page if our tools or the law change.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, phone number, email address.
  • Delivery or pickup details: address, area, and any notes you give us.
  • Order history: products, quantities, prices, payment method, and messages about the order.
  • Website use: pages you visit, cart contents, and technical logs needed to run the site.
  • Payment verification: if you pay by bank transfer, we may see the account name, amount, and screenshot or receipt you send. We do not store card numbers on this website.
  • WhatsApp and email content you send us about orders, complaints, or product questions.

We do not ask children to create accounts. Do not submit another person’s data unless you are placing an order for them.

How we use it

  • To take, confirm, pack, and fulfil orders, including pickup at the store.
  • To verify bank transfers and prevent fraud or unpaid orders.
  • To answer complaints, returns, and product questions.
  • To send order updates on WhatsApp or email that you requested.
  • To keep store and accounting records we are required to keep.

We do not treat a purchase as consent to marketing. We will only send promotional messages if you ask for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only when needed to run the order:

  • Our staff at Fuel Up Signature.
  • A courier, only if we arrange a delivery for you and only the details needed to deliver.
  • Payment providers, only if you pay through that provider (none are live on the website yet besides cash/COD and manual bank transfer).
  • Our website and accounting system (Odoo, hosted for fuelup.pk).
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell customer lists.

Cookies and similar tools

The website uses cookies that are required for the page to work (session, security, and cart). We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or a marketing cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.

How long we keep data

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. WhatsApp chats and website accounts are kept while they are useful for your orders, then deleted or archived when no longer needed.

Security

Access to orders is limited to Fuel Up staff who need it. The website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please do not send unnecessary copies of ID cards or card PINs.

Your requests

You can ask what data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact hello@fuelup.pk or WhatsApp 0304 2468000. We may need to verify it is you before we change or delete records.
