Policies

Payment Policy

Cash at pickup, free cash-on-collection from Rs. 10,000, and bank transfer when we send you the account details.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation on the website, or at the till. We will not ask you to pay for a delivery we have not agreed.

Pay at the store

You can pay in cash when you collect. This is the usual method for pickup orders. Card machines in store, if available that day, are separate from the website.

Cash on delivery / cash on collection

We offer cash payment on confirmed orders of Rs. 10,000 or more at no extra COD fee. You pay when you collect at Shop #8, or when a local drop-off we have already agreed with you arrives. For smaller orders, pay at the store when you pick up, or by bank transfer.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer is available at checkout. After you place the order we send the account title and number on WhatsApp 0304 2468000 or email hello@fuelup.pk. Share the transfer proof before we pack. The order is confirmed after we verify the credit. Do not transfer to any account that did not come from Fuel Up Signature.

Not available on the website yet

Card and wallet payments via XPay are being set up. They are not live on fuelup.pk yet. We will update this page when checkout by card is available.

  • JazzCash and Easypaisa are not enabled on fuelup.pk.
  • Debit and credit cards are not enabled on fuelup.pk.
  • Gift Card and eWallet top-up products on the till are not for website checkout.

We will update this page if those methods go live. We will not tick a marketing-consent box for you at checkout.

Failed payments and refunds

If a transfer cannot be verified, we hold the order and contact you. Refunds of verified payments follow the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy and go back by the same method where possible.
