Gift Orders & Customization
Baskets, wrapping, notes, substitutions, and when a custom gift can still be cancelled.
Gift wrapping, baskets and personal messages depend on what we have in the store that day. Ask on WhatsApp before you pay if the gift has to look a certain way.
Baskets and wrapping
- Tell us the budget, occasion, and any products to include or avoid (allergies, colours, brands).
- If a chosen item is out of stock, we may substitute something of equal or higher value in the same category, unless you tell us not to substitute.
- Ribbon, wrap and filler are part of the basket price unless we quote them separately.
Messages
We can add a short gift note. We will print or write the text you send. We may refuse notes that are abusive or unlawful.
Cancellation
You can cancel a gift order until packing starts. Once a custom basket is assembled, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. If we made an error in the contents or the gift was damaged, we will fix it under the Returns policy.
Collection and surprises
The person collecting needs the name or order number on the booking. If the gift is a surprise, tell us who may be contacted. Pickup is at Shop #8 unless we have agreed a local drop-off in writing on WhatsApp.
