Product Authenticity Policy

How Fuel Up Signature handles branded imports — what we check, and what we do not claim.

Only claims we can stand behind belong on this page. Fuel Up Signature is a retailer. We are not the brand owner.

How we source

We buy branded imported chocolates, snacks, drinks, skincare, makeup, fragrances and related goods for sale at our I-8 store. Unless a product page or receipt says otherwise, we do not claim to be an exclusive or authorised distributor of any brand.

What we check

Packaging, seals and labels before goods go on the shelf.
Expiry or best-before dates printed by the manufacturer.
That the item we hand you matches the name, size and variant on the order.

We do not sell products we know to be counterfeit. Parallel-imported genuine goods can look slightly different from packs sold in another country (language on the box, batch code, importer sticker).

If you have a concern

Message WhatsApp 0304 2468000 with photos of the front, back, batch/expiry, and receipt. If we sold you an item that is not genuine or not as described, we will refund or replace it under our Returns policy. Brand owners’ own authenticity programmes, if any, remain theirs.
